Almost Halfway There

As I’m sure many of you can relate, my overindulgences in Vegas translated to ten extra pounds upon my return.  After a week of eating healthy and riding the exercise bike, I weighed in this morning 4.6 pounds lighter.  It scarcely seems fair that it goes on so easily and comes off so hard…

  1. Hardly a mystery. As the well tuned, highly efficient man machine you are, it only stands to reason that you waste nothing. And stay off that exercycle. They are bad for the environment. Working up a sweat and increasing your respiration rate contribute to global warming in two ways. First, the increased output of carbon dioxide, second, by direct release of body heat into the environment.

    Get Green, Dave, have a cold beer and stay in the shade.
